Robin Haig

Robin Haig is a director from the Scottish Highlands. Her recent short film Hula, starring Blyth Duff, won several awards including the BAFTA Scotland New Talent Award for Drama, the Glasgow Short Film Festival Scottish Audience Award and the Celtic Media Festival Torc Award for Short Drama. 2018 sees Robin direct new short Slingshot, a Scottish Film Talent Network commission, and two episodes of Scottish soap River City through the BBC New Directors’ Scheme. She has been selected to develop her feature Beyond the Silent Glen at Young Films Foundation. Also in development is a TV drama serial based on her award winning short Hula.
