Filmed in North Berwick, Connect tackles the serious issue of suicide amongst young men in Scotland, and features BAA’s Neil Leiper. Written and directed by Marilyn Edmond, the film stars Kevin Guthrie (Fantastic Beasts, Dunkirk) as Brian, a suicidal young man who is saved by stranger. We follow his journey as he reconnects with his friends and family, while battling his dark secret.
Connect has its world premiere at Glasgow Film Festival on Saturday 23 February, with writer/director Marilyn Edmond and actors Kevin Guthrie and Siobhan Reilly in attendance.
