Coriolanus Vanishes – Fire Exit @ Traverse

A tense, suspenseful, edge-of-your-seat psychological thriller. Chris experienced three deaths, one after another. She’s in prison awaiting trial. But she doesn’t exactly know why. From multi award-winning ‘genius’ (Scotsman), ‘maverick’ (Guardian) and ‘Fringe institution’ (Independent) David Leddy, creator of hits Last Bordello, Sub Rosa, Susurrus and Long Live Little Knife. Contrasting bold theatricality, haunting music and razor-sharp slashes of light, it’s a complex descent through passion, shame, devastation and many, many forms of madness. Just beneath the surface of everyday life there’s complete anarchy lying in wait. ‘Exquisite’ **** (Guardian). ‘Powerful’ **** (Scotsman). ‘Meticulous’ **** (Stage).

Performances run August 2-5, 7-12, 14-19, 21-26 at the Traverse Theatre
