Award-winning feminist theatre company Jordan & Skinner presents a radical retelling of HG Wells’ The Time Machine, featuring BAA’s Itxaso Moreno.
In a secret bunker, a group of feminists are taking matters into their own hands as they contemplate impending doom and ask if it is all too late to turns things around. Meanwhile, a traveller lands in the year 802,701 to discover the fate of future humans and tries to unravel how it all came down to this.
Join this fiery and furious company of extremists for a tale of time travel, survival and human evolution in a bold and irreverent re-imagining of H. G. Wells science fiction classic.

Scottish Government – Get Checked Early CampaignThe incredible Itxaso Moreno is featured in this powerful new film for lung cancer detection, produced by the Scottish Government and the Leith Agency.
The campaign has been developed in response to Public Health Scotland’s data that show around 25% fewer lung cancers are being diagnosed now compared to pre-COVID-19.

The Tempest: Live, Interactive and in your Living Room
Your computer screen is now your very own portal to Prospero’s Island. You’ll be transported from your living rooms to help Ariel’s spirit be freed, plot with Trinculo and Caliban, experience Miranda and Ferdinand falling in love and see Prospero enact his revenge.
This will certainly not be your traditional Shakespeare. In association with Big Telly Theatre Company (A Midsummer Nights Dream), The Tempest will push the boundaries of this brave new world we find ourselves in, and embrace our new digital stage with gusto.
In true Creation style this performance takes the spirit of adventure to the next level, with the spirit of all that makes our work unique at it’s heart.

The Secret Garden – On TourThis spring, Red Bridge Arts presents a wild and beautiful retelling of The Secret Garden, adapted and co-directed by BAA’s Rosalind Sydney and featuring Itxaso Moreno as Mary.
When Mary arrives from far away to live with her uncle, everybody says she is the most disagreeable-looking child ever seen. It is true, too! Mary is grumpy and difficult…and also very lonely. That all changes when she happens upon a mysterious garden that has been locked and hidden away for years. There, she discovers wonders and magic that she never imagined possible.
Join Mary on a journey filled with secrets, mystery and unexpected friendships, coming to venues across Scotland, beginning with Platform and The Tron in Glasgow.
