Written by BAA Creatives client, Morna Young, The Stamping Ground is a new musical set to the songs of Runrig.
Its hugely talented cast of actor-musicians includes Neshla Caplan, Brian James O’Sullivan, Barrie Hunter and Annie Grace, and the show runs at Eden Court Theatre, Inverness from July 2022.
The Stamping Ground is a story about love, life and the land. When together-forever couple Euan and Annie return home, they’re seeking a ‘fresh start’ for their teenage daughter. But there’s a heatwave in the Highlands and they soon find themselves lost in this once familiar place, now filled with more tourists than residents.
As relationships ignite and smoulder, Euan and Annie find themselves swept into a battle to save the heart of the community. But can they save each other?
Runs 16-30 July at Eden Court Theatre – for tickets and more info click here
