Joanne is a full-time, professional voiceover artist with over a decade of experience, recording corporate, commercial and character voiceovers from her home studio in Scotland. Having been a Continuity Announcer / Director at BBC Scotland (introducing programmes such as the BBC News to Eastenders to The Queen’s Speech), her broadcasting experience shines through. You can regularly hear Joanne on many TV, Promo and Radio commercials, E-Learning, Animation, Telephony, Announcements and more! She is delighted to announce that she can now be heard regularly as a Broadcaster/Producer for the Traffic & Travel Bulletins on BBC Radio Scotland.
Joanne’s voice has been described as smooth, confident, fresh and warm. Her voice is adaptable to emotions, characters and styles, from the girl-next-door, to the wicked witch to a small child. Joanne can take direction well and deliver any script to your individual requirements.
