Owen trained as an actor at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. He can
currently be seen as Lee Walsh in the BBC mini-series One of Us on Netflix, and is
soon to appear in season five of Shetland on BBC One.
Voice work includes commercials for Childline, My Tutor Web, and Amnet; e-learning narration for Upskill People, and audio book narration for ACX/Audible.
Radio Work includes: Finding Love at The End of The World, Kidnapped, McLevy,
The Second Mr. Bailey (BBC Radio Four) Measure for Measure, King Lear and
Blindness (BBC Radio Three).
His Theatre work includes numerous productions for: The National Theatre of
Scotland, Traverse Theatre, Manchester Royal Exchange, Citizens Theatre, Paines
Plough, Theatre 503 and Vanishing Point.
